Orders placed through this website will be processed within the working week, Monday till Friday.
Once your order is placed and a payment is made your rug or rugs go through quality control, this ensures the whole process runs smoothly.
Quality control allows us to check over the products and make sure it leaves the manufacturer in top condition. Some rugs come directly from the manufacturer to us here in Kidderminster. On occasion the product may be delayed if this happens, we will notify you.
Once we are happy the product is ready for you, an email or phone call will be made to say it is ready for collection.
Delivery lead times
Each standard sized product has an estimated lead time of 3-5 working days. For larger rugs 6-14 days.
On the odd occasion the rug you order is purchased and is actually out of stock, you will receive an email asking if you would like a refund or if you would like to wait for the product. The email will give details of the lead time. Unfortunately, we do not allow compensation for the late delivery of products.

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt.
We will be happy to offer you an exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
We do not take responsibility if the item is damaged through cleaning as for all of our products not to machine wash or can have chemical cleaning products used on the rugs.
Every effort is made to ensure colour accurate product photography and F J Bentley Rugs cannot be held responsible for photography being miss misrepresented on customer's devices (due to screen settings etc). In such a situation, the customer will still be liable to pay returns postage charges.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must fill out a returns form to obtain a returns authorisation. You can find this here returns form.
All returns must have the customer’s name and order number wrapped inside. Use plastic to cover the parcel and have both ends wrapped in tape.
Or email us on email@example.com with your order number and we will send you a returns form via email.
All returns have to be paid for by the customer unless the product is faulty and they have obtained authorisation. In this case we will then arrange for a carrier to collect the products from you.
