Ordering online and collecting in store

Orders placed through this website can only be collected from our Unit in Kidderminster in the United Kingdom. We regret that we are unable to deliver to the United Kingdom and other countries at this time.

Once your order is placed and a payment is made your rug or rugs go through quality control.

Quality control allows us to check over the products and make sure it leaves us in top condition. On occasion the product may seem different or it has been damaged getting to us, in this case your order will take longer than accepted. This will allow us to replace your product and alert you when it is ready for collection.

Once we are happy the product is ready for you, an email or phone call will be made, when it is ready for collection.
