Returns Policy


If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition.

Faulty items (if applicable)

Items can be returned outside this period up to a month if they are found to be faulty. We do not take responsibility if the item is damaged through cleaning as for all of our products not to machine wash or can have chemical cleaning products used on the rugs.

Refunds (if applicable)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must fill out a cancellation form to obtain a returns authorisation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All returns have to be paid for by the customer unless the product is faulty and they have obtained authorisation.
