PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To help us procure supply and deliver our products we work with third parties who we may supply customers delivery address details to process and fulfil their orders. These companies are Mastercraft Rugs, Gooch Oriental, Oriental Weavers, Rama Carpets, Asiatic Carpets, Think Rugs, Hermes, Parcel Force and APC. This is a fundamental part of our supply chain to be able to fulfil our contract with our customer. As a part of due diligence, we have confirmed GDI compliance with all our third parties.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. HOW LONG YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT

• We will hold the personal information kept within your electronic customer file for the length of your contract plus 3 years
• We will hold the personal information kept within your hard copy customer files for 3 years from the date of the last entry
• We will hold the personal information kept within our feedback procedure for 1 year so that we can identify trends and patterns in our service
• We will hold financial records and transactions for 7 years in line with our legal requirements

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information securely for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. You can do so at any time by emailing info@fjbentleyrugs.co.uk 

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.
