In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
These Terms and Conditions of Trading (‘Agreement’) apply to all consumer contracts between F J Bentley rugs (‘us/we/our’) and the Customer (‘you/your’) in relation to all online sales of goods, services and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply without amendment to all goods to be supplied or services to be performed by the Company and shall be deemed included in all estimates, quotations, orders, contracts, invoices or other agreements, documents or arrangements whatsoever unless specifically agreed by the Company in writing signed by a director of the Company. Any terms, conditions or provisions on any quotation, order form offer or other document provided by a Customer to the Company shall not be deemed to have amended, varied or in any way affected these terms and conditions by receipt of the customers document.
A contract between you and F J Bentley rugs for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

CONFIDENTIALITY
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Telephone calls to and from us may be recorded or monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers. International calls, and charges from mobile providers and other networks may be higher.
Your data will only be shared for a delivery of a product. It will be passed to companies transporting goods for direct home delivery. The data will be held on recorded until delivery has been made.
IN STORE DATA
Your data will be written on your product to identify your work. Once it has been collected your data will be destroyed.
If you wish not to have your name and number displayed please tell one of our staff who you can give a memorable code.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Persons under the age of 18 should be supervised at all time while using this site. Payment information must be provided by or with the permission of an adult. We will not be responsible of transactions made without permissions.
PAYMENT
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Visa Debit.
The terms of trade and price for Goods and services of F J Bentley rugs shall be as specified on the face hereof or any Company invoice or other relevant document unless otherwise.
We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received full payment for such products.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in Pounds sterling and a VAT breakdown is shown once at check out. VAT is added to your order at the standard UK rate.
If you purchase from us in person and collect from our showroom all products are VAT included.
SECURITY OF PAYMENT
If your credit card is lost or stolen and used fraudulently to buy from our site, we will work with your credit card company to resolve issues.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We endeavour to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. Descriptions and specifications of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are proposed only to give a general description of the products. Therefore, the colour of the products are close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
PRODUCT SIZE AND COLOUR
All of our products are manmade, either machine woven or hand woven, which means the rugs can vary in size and designﾠby up to 4 inches in width or length, this is normal as they are handmade. By placing an order via this website, you confirm and accept your understanding of this. STOCK AVAILABILITY
We endeavour to display some of items in our vast selection but do also have more ranges in our warehouse. We aim to hold stock of most styles and one size whilst a product is active. From the section online, not all may be stored at our warehouse/showroom and occasionally an item will be out of stock, we will contact you straight away and inform you of the progress of your item.
The Company will not be responsible for any promises, conditions or representations made by any of its employees or agents unless given by the Company in writing signed by a director, and the Company acknowledges that the terms and conditions herein.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required, for instance in person, via email and phone are acceptable. We reserve the right to levy a £25 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. This email does not mean the products are on its way to you, as each product has to pass through quality control. Once this process is completed you will get another email from us indicating your rug is ready for delivery or collection.
All orders will be placed at the end of each day, except weekends.
Please keep all emails and receipts safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive any emails please contact
orders@fjbentleyrugs.co.uk so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
ORDERING ONLINE AND COLLECTING IN STORE
Orders placed through this website can be delivery directly from the manufacture to your home or be collected from our Unit in Kidderminster in the United Kingdom. We regret that there are some places in the UK that we may struggle to delivery too.
Once your order is placed and a payment is made your rug or rugs go through quality control.
Quality control allows us to check over the products and make sure it leaves the manufacture in top condition. On occasion the product may be delayed if this happens, we will notify you.
Once we are happy the product is ready for you, an email or phone call will be made, when it is ready for collection.
Delivery lead times
Each product has estimated lead time of 3-5 working days to 6-14 days for larger or in high demand products.
On the odd occasion the rug you order is purchased and is actually out of stock, you will receive an email asking if you would like a refund or if you would like to wait for the product. The email will give details of the lead time. Unfortunately, we do not allow compensation for the late delivery of products.

Collection -Free
Standard Smaller rugs 5-10 days - £22.00
Standard Larger rugs 5-10 days - £31.00
Standard Extra large 5-14 days - £49.00
The prices below are where the rugs can be folded to be transported, this way the parcels are much smaller than the standard pricing.
Extra small parcel 3-7 days - £5.00
Small rug parcel 3-7 days- £7.00
Medium rug parcel 3-7 days - £10.00
RETURNS POLICY
Online Returns
If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt.
We will be happy to offer you an exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
We do not take responsibility if the item is damaged through cleaning as for all of our products not to machine wash or can have chemical cleaning products used on the rugs.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must fill out a returns form to obtain a returns authorisation. You can find this here returns form.
Or email us on info@fjbentleyrugs.co.uk with your order number and we will send you a returns form via email.
All returns have to be paid for by the customer unless the product is faulty and they have obtained authorisation. In this case we will then arrange for a carrier to collect the products from you.

The Client has the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is to have begun and is underway, unless the products are faulty or damaged.
No product is delivered or ordered until a full payment is made by the customer and is passed.
AVAILABILITY
Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the United Kingdom.Some items may be out of stock even when Advised in stock. All advertising is intended only for the United Kingdom market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site.
IN STORE AVAILABILITY
Once we have done your work, it will wait to be collected. F J Bentley Rugs accepts no liability for the loss or damage to your material left on the premises.
Any item which is left here over three months from date of completion will be disposed of. If you need longer than this we would need 2 weeks after completion notification and reasoning why.
LOG FILES
We use Ecommerce system to analyse trends, administer the site and track user’s movement.
The system is not linked to any personal identifiable information.
The system detects usage patterns and browser type, URL requested and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company to help with market research and stock levels. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
